If you’re here, you may already know that I am a licensed cosmetologist — but what you may not know is that I am a proud U.S. veteran and the founder of BEL Nova Hair Studio, a space created with intention, excellence, and a deep passion for healthy, beautiful hair. At BEL Nova, I have made it my mission to unapologetically elevate the salon experience for women with textured and natural hair, while remaining an all-inclusive salon that welcomes and serves every hair texture. Educating you about the unique qualities of your hair, respecting your time, and addressing your individual hair care concerns is just as important to me as providing you with the most polished, healthy, and luxurious results. My goal is to guide you in establishing a healthy routine both inside and outside of the salon — because your hair thrives when your care routine is aligned. I’ve invested years into becoming the businesswoman and stylist I am today. I don’t offer every style — I specialize with intention so you can receive the best results, not just another service. You can feel confident knowing that I’m not just doing hair; I’m perfecting my craft through technique, performance, and ongoing education to elevate the way I serve each guest who sits in my chair. CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and rescheduling must be done online. Only if you are out of the cancelation timeframe, you may send an email. I understand that things happen and changes sometimes need to be made. All scheduled appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start of the appointment. Cancellations outside of the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. No exceptions. This policy is in place due to the fact that I may not be able to fill the slot that you held due to late cancellation, so please be sure of your availability before deciding to schedule. NO CALL/NO SHOW As I am considerate of your time, my desire is that you will be considerate of mine. In the event that you do not inform me that you will not be present at your appointment and you do not show up, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your scheduled appointment. You will also be banned from scheduling any future appointments. You can not cancel your appointment once the appointment time has started. You are already considered a “no show” at that time.
